As our product range completely falls under wellness, we cannot issue refunds for any of the products bought from the website. However, only in unusual circumstances, if you are not satisfied with our products you will be entitled to either get a replacement of the products or opt issue store credits. Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. You can buy any product using the store credits. Please note in both the cases you need to self-ship the products. Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and issue replacement/store credit as per your requirement. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Body Naturals is not responsible for damage after delivery of product. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours we will not be entitled to process with your request. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed through Body Naturals can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post completion of 24 hours, orders will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made.
